Boat fire extinguished at Fishermen’s Terminal

Posted by Geeky Swedes on June 24th, 2009

If you saw all the firefighters rushing over the Ballard Bridge just before 6:30 p.m., they were headed to an engine fire in a boat at Fishermen’s Terminal. My Ballard reader Silver says the boat’s name is the “Wonderland,” which was kicking out a lot of smoke. Magnolia Voice has the story here.

  • good thing you caught that, definantly would have started an uproar in the terminal.

    And learn to spell. 'Definantly.'

Your headline on the fire contains an error. It's not Fisherman's Terminal, but rather Fishermen's Terminal. It was correct in the article.

Also, how about going after Metro for their incorrect spelling of Fremont on the automated route info on their route 46 buses. They currently spell it Freemont.
