Parfait ice cream to spend two days in Ballard

Posted by Geeky Swedes on August 22nd, 2009

The cute little brown ice cream truck that serves up small batch organic ice cream will now be in Ballard on Saturdays and Sundays.

Parfait announced on Twitter earlier today that they will be at the Caffè Fiorè at 5405 NW Leary on Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. This is in addition to their Saturday stop at the Sunset Hill Caffè Fiorè.

  • Lord o' mercy, pricey, yes, but soooooo tasty. Überworthy of yummy sounds.
  • In addition, this is what our gubmint should subsidise. Ice cream is the food of the gods and very healthy for you as well. Gazillions for cash for clunkers, feh. Should have been bus passes and $ for bicycles and infrastructure for peds and small ice cream stands.

Random but that is me buying ice cream (and I had no idea someone was taking a photo)! The prices are pretty good & the taste was AMAZING. I got the blueberry mini size, which was actually a good amount & not that 'mini', for $3.00 + 75 cents for the handmade sugar cone.

I wonder if this is owned by the Caffe Fiore folks. The branding looks VERY similar to Fiore.

Prices are good $3 for a mini $4 for regular. Best ice cream I've ever tasted! Great service too! Also 75 cent handmade cones are so tasty! Make the trip it is SO worth it
