Vietnam Cafe & Sandwich is opening at the corner of 57th St. and 15th Ave.

The restaurant moved into the space formerly occupied by Cafe Cuzco, a Peruvian cafe which opened in January 2010. (Thanks Stan for the photos and tip!)
