A woman who was last seen in Ballard has gone missing, according to her cousin, Jenn Harowicz. Harowicz says Heather was seen in Ballard last week, on March 20.

Harowicz says if anyone has any information about her whereabouts, they should contact Heather’s brother Ian Schmitz at ian.schmitz@usmc.mil.
