On Saturday, the Ballard Health Club is offering a yoga class open to the public at Golden Gardens park. The class is from 8 to 9:15 a.m. at the north end of the park. It is also a community fundraiser for the Seattle Animal Shelter. They ask that participants donate whatever they can; money, canned pet food, blankets, towels, and dog/cat toys will be accepted.

The yoga class will be taught by Ballard Health Club yoga teacher MJ. They ask that participants bring their own mat, but blocks will be provided. To learn more, or to RSVP, visit their Facebook event page.
