According to Redfin real estate brokerage, Ballard has made it into the top five Seattle neighborhoods to view holiday lights. Specifically, Ballard’s Olympic Manor neighborhood (NW 85th St and 23rd Ave NW) clinched second place in the top five, behind Ravenna’s Candy Cane Lane.
Redfin real estate agents were consulted all over the county and based on their input Redfin identified the best neighborhoods to see holiday lights in 23 metropolitan areas, including Seattle.
“Redfin agents know their neighborhoods like the back of their hand, thanks to all the home tours and open houses that they attend each week,” writes Redfin spokesperson Christin Camacho.
Other Seattle areas that made the top five include The Timberline and Windsor Greens neighborhoods in Sammamish, The Mountlake Terrace Christmas Light Display at 228 St SW and 42nd Place and Nutcracker Lane in Issaquah.
