Applications for developments in Ballard have been coming in fast since the start of 2014 to the Department of Planning and Development (DPD).

An appealable decision has been made to change the use of a 20,000 sq. ft. portion of existing warehouse to administrative office.  24,150 sq. ft. of warehouse will remain. No change in parking. Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than January 16.
