Friday deadline for NW Fine Arts Competition at PNA

The Friday application deadline for the Northwest Fine Arts Competition at the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) approaches quickly.

Jurors this year include Shayla Alarie, the Director of the Antique and Modern Department at Davidson Galleries and Mylinda Sneed, Public Art Program Coordinator for Sound Transit.

The artist selected as juror’s pick will receive a $200 award and a solo show in the gallery in 2016. All other selected works will be included in the gallery show in October 2015.

Arts Coordinator Pamela Jaynes adds that many of the artists show in the Phinney Center Gallery are Ballard residents.
