A chain link fence has been put up around the Denny’s building and the parking lot nearby. Probably for safety and insurance reasons, as we’ve seen some homeless folks behind the building from time to time.
By the way, we’re keeping in contact with both the property owners and community organizers, so stay tuned to My Ballard for new developments with the upcoming appeal over the Denny’s landmark designation.
