Kathy saw the sign on the door and sent us a tip about “Stepping Stone,” a new bar/restaurant that’s coming to 24th Ave in “mid-April,” just a few doors down from Cafe Besalu. The sign says, “Featuring local beer, wine, sake and organic dishes.” Sounds very Ballard. Can’t wait.
