We have an update on the fire at Malena’s Tacos overnight.
We spoke with an owner at the scene as they evaluated the damage. The kitchen is gutted, but the rest of the restaurant appears to have survived unscathed (as well as the insurance shop next door.) She told us they hope to reopen within two months or so. Meanwhile, for your taco fix, she recommends you head to their Queen Anne restaurant at 620 W McGraw St.
