Last night at 10:30, a car nearly hit a pedestrian and then smashed into another vehicle at 15th and Market St., sending one person to the hospital. My Ballard reader Silver was at the scene and took this photo.

Adds Blargh below: “There was also an accident further down Market St., across from Western Fire & Safety. When I went to the bus stop this morning, part of the bus shelter was gone and there were skid marks leading up to it.”
