Ballard’s Dutch Bike Company says business is so good for its European city bikes, they plan to open a second shop… in Chicago. Co-owners Stephan Schier and David Schmidt say the bikes are gaining a following in the United States. We’ll see if Chicago can figure out how to ride a conference bike.
