A year ago Zesto’s was shut down by the health department. They had six red (critical) violations that included, “food in poor condition, not safe and adulterated; unapproved additives” and improper hot and cold holding temperatures. In fact, the Seattle PI wrote that the burger joint had the most health and safety violations in the city for 2007.
During their most recent inspection earlier this month, they received zero red violations and just three blue violations, which easily passes the health inspection. The report said Zesto’s could continue to improve its food handling and storage, but the inspection yielded a much-improved score — and the first since February 2007 without a red violation.

I hope they really pass the health inspection.. But who knows, If they really change now..
Look you epicurean challanged hypocrite's, if you have any pride in your community, you should be supporting businesses like this. Don't chuckup your fries over health code violations that have been corrected. Support small business……maybe your sons and daughters might need a job there some day……ya-sure you betcha! Now go out and order a double, double with extra goop! Bon appetite.
