Daniel Pearl benefit at the Tractor Tavern

Wall Street Journal journalist Daniel Pearl was killed by terrorists in 2002. As an avid music fan, he believed in the power of music to bring people together. His friends started an annual music fest a few years ago called FODfest (FOD stands for “Friends of Danny.”) The annual three-week concert tour is organized by the Daniel Pearl Foundation which “promotes cross-cultural understanding through journalism, music, and innovative communications.” And tonight (Monday), the tour stops at Tractor Tavern with Todd Mack, Sarah Sample and many more. Admission is free, and donations are welcome.
