As construction continues on the Ballard Blocks complex that will house an L.A. Fitness and Trader Joe’s, the grocer is one step closer to opening. The Department of Planning and Development just approved an illuminated wall sign for the building that sits at 14th Ave NW and NW 46th St. No word yet on when Trader Joe’s will open.
