Federal agents raid seafood company

On the other side of the Ship Canal near the Ballard Bridge, federal agents from the FDA and ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) raided the salmon processing company Ocean Beauty Seafoods Tuesday morning.

They didn’t tell anyone why they were there — even the company — impounding “historical” documents without interrupting any fish processing or deliveries. So looks like we’ll have to wait for an explanation.
