Recycling electronics for free at Goodwill

The Goodwill on 8th Ave. and 65th has been especially busy today, accepting electronics along with its usual donations.

It’s all part of E-Cycle Washington, a new program that kicked off on January 1st that provides free recycling of computer CPUs, televisions, monitors and laptops. Goodwill is one of the collection points, and electronics manufacturers are required to take responsibility for recycling them. Please note that computer mice, printers, copiers, scanners, keyboards, cell phones and all other electrical devices are NOT included. For more info, visit
