Sorry for all the crime news, but it’s been a busy couple days. In addition to the arrests at Picolinos, Seattle Police say they’ve arrested a man and woman suspected in as many as 20 burglaries and car prowls, many in the Ballard area.
One of the suspected burglaries was this break-in at a condo parking garage at 15th Ave. and 57th St., which we posted on My Ballard a couple weeks ago. Police say they arrested a 25-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man at the Wallingford Inn near Green Lake on Monday. Court documents say the man showed police some of the stolen loot, so if you were a victim, there’s a chance you may be able to recover some of your property.
