Earlier this year the Loyal Heights block watch officially started. Now the group wants help deciding on the official t-shirt.
The watch group “gained much of its early support from the myballard.com community, so we turn to you again for your help — we want feedback on our design and your favorite t-shirt color combination. The shirts will be available in early July,” the t-shirt website says.

How bout a picture of a middle aged hippie, standing on the front porch, hands on hips, with frowny face.
Actually, I like the white prints the best. The mustard is too over-done.
Red & black or green & white.
It's not the most interesting logo, though. It does the job, you know what it's about, but it doesn't really attract attention. Just makes me want to play tic tac toe.
I think this is an awesome design: You have defined the neighborhood with an interesting grid system that is clear and whimsical. I am now super clear on the Loyal Heights boundaries and find this shirt fun in the cryptic sort of way too. If one did not understand the history, they would have to ask about your cool t-shirt. If one does understand the history they would say, like I say – how creative and collectively effective you all are. Honestly you are really breaking some new ground in the neighborhood watch arena.
In terms of color: I like the green with yellow. Why? Because it is understated allowing your group to identify you immediately and would be ominous to those of bad character who will gradually learn of your power and effectiveness. The red is a little, Oh… heck, its a little guardian angelie.
Stay with suttle – Like walk softly and carry a big cell phone for reporting.

Is the idea that people will wear these t-shirts when they're out patrolling the neighborhood?
The t-shirts are coming out to help raise interest and increase support for block watch, neighborhood/community building and is also a fundraiser.
Fresh design! I like the yellow on GREEN. It be cool to have matching baseball bats for getting the point across.
Just make sure you get one big enough to fit over the bullet proof vest.
They should put a baseball bat on the middle square.
Or a magnifying glass.
But a bat would really drill home the image.
Or a slit in the front so you can reach your legally concealed weapon.
Seems kinda silly to limit the boundaries with your logo. What happens when there are more participants that want to extend the area? Four or five blocks to the west would cover just about all of sunset hill. If you get sunset hill participants, are you going to redesign and buy all new shirts?
Wow, looking at the map on your site, it is already starting to expand out of the defined area. Don't limit it with your shirt logo.

I LOVE the idea of this shirt. I LOVE the design. Its a nice little way to show some LH pride!
