A truck heading westbound on Leary got stuck turning right onto 15th.
Ben emailed us this picture that he took just before 6 p.m. “The truck was sort of jack knifed on a poll trying to make a right heading west on Leary. It had it’s hazard lights on. You could still get around it on Leary,” he writes.

Stuck on a poll? hmmm. 51% wanted him to turn left and 35% wanted him to turn right and 10% wanted him to go straight and 4% were undecided.
llama22…Just what I needed tonight was a good laugh. That was a good one.
I don't get why he was stuck, then – 51% left is a pretty strong majority here.
they (sdot) should not allow trucks to turn there or further south. seems the frequency is increasing.
You say tomato, I say tomato, you say poll, I say pole!!
That pole is due to come down.

Jay, the story you link to is for a different pole (at the 15th/Market intersection where Safeway is located).
Yeah, wrong pole, but right answer, it's taking quite a beating, looks like a giant beaver going at it, it'll be down soon…
