We’re constantly adding new restaurants to the Ballard restaurant guide. Thai Siam, Restaurante Michoacan and Bastille are all new to the list. If you’ve tried them, please rate them and leave a review. Don’t see a restaurant? Email us at tips@myballard.com and we’ll add it.

Your restaurant guide is great, however the only think lacking is if the establishment is a member of the Ballard Chamber of Commerce. The Ballard Chamber has sued the city to try and prevent the completion of the missing link. I will not patronize a business that supports this by being a member of the Chamber. Thanks.
Not this crap again…
Call them and ask. That's not the sort of thing restaurant guides are for.
aresident, you are not very well informed or you would know that the majority of the Chamber funds come from Seafoodfest and businesses that are not retail or restaurant. There are very few small businesses that can afford to be part of the Chamber. I, for one, would support a business that belonged to the Chamber just because of people like you so go ahead and push for it. I am pretty sure there are more people who feel like I do than cyclists that don't. So push on!!
<sigh> like a puppy worrying a chew toy.
Bastille is great, sadly they turn their music up so loud after 9ish you have to scream. I had hoped the maturity of the aesthetic would carry over to the management but it appears they've decided to cater to the deaf and those that desire a ringing ear feeling upon leaving.
oh crap…. here is an idea… insted of building more condo's in Ballard, turn the old denny's parking lot into an oval track and you can ride your bike there
It's still always so crowded, though. I have yet to get in there myself.
My sweetheart and I wandered in to Zayda Buddy's the other night, on a whim, and were pleasantly surprised by the good food and service!

It says that it's pizza, but look at the menu!
Speaking of pizza, can anyone tell me what the hours of Delancey will be? Like what days of the week they will be open?
“People like you,” eh? Is supporting a bike trail in Ballard such a bad thing?
Am I the only one who finds the restaurant reviews of limited use? It seems like even the most mediocre places get 4 stars. How are you supposed to tell the real standouts from the pretty goods?
No, not at all. But hijacking every thread with the subject is.
Don't go by the stars, go by the reviews. That way if someone doesn't like a restaurant because they only have beer from Wisconsin, and you LIKE beer from Wisconsin, (it could happen!) then you've learned something valuable.
Wisconsin makes beer?
Yeah, agree. Look at what people say, not how many stars they give.
nah, i agree…i don't always have the time to read every single review for every single place…whats the point of the “star system” anyhow, then?
Shlameil! Shlamazel! (There's also Leinenkugels)
Wild Mountain! It's not on the list! Is it too far north (85th?)
Laverne & Shirley were supposed to be in Wisconsin? :-)
Leinenkugels. I'll have to look that one up.
I've been there twice now, and it's good, but the acoustics stink, music or not. The room is seriously loud.
Nice! It would also be nice to have some info on whether there's outdoor seating or not within the initial post, as I know many people who pick restaurant based on that criterion this time of of year (myself included.)
They named their baseball team after their bier skills which would have MADD's gestapo out in full force if someone tried it today.
It's an exercise that communist women used to do after they had babies.
