Two new parks in Ballard need names.
The unnamed 9th Ave NW park
Seattle Parks & Recreation is looking for name suggestions for the new 9th Ave NW park (between 70th & 73rd) as well as the Crown Hill School Open Space (at Holman Rd NW & 13th Ave NW).
Names for the two parks must be submitted by June 2 and must include an explanation of how the name suggestion matches the naming criteria. Send suggestions to Seattle Parks and Recreation, Park Naming Committee, 100 Dexter Ave. N, Seattle, WA 98109, or by e-mail to paula.hoff@seattle.gov.
