Wedding photo found at Crown Hill ATM

A wedding photo was found at the Chase ATM on Crown Hill (8555 15th Ave NW) Wednesday evening. A MyBallard reader sent us a scanned copy of the photo and wonders if anyone knows who it belongs to. “It’s as if someone rested their wallet there and it fell out,” the reader writes, “I imagine someone was in a hurry and accidentally left it there. But it IS a wedding picture and I thought the owner might want to get it back.” If this is your photo, email us at tips@myballard.com and we’ll get you in touch with the reader.

  1. You should probably drop it off at the bank. They are more likely to trace their steps back to the bank than look on here. And who knows, maybe the bank tellers will recognize the people. It’s nice to see a Good Samaritan!

  2. It is a lovely photo. Beautiful couple. And it sure looks like something that would be missed since it’s sooo pre-digital era.

I agree with Katie. The bank is probably the best route to find the owner. But I am glad it made it’s way here so that I could see it.

  3. Update: The reader who found the photo will take it to the bank today. The bank was closed last evening when the photo was found. ~Kate

  4. Why is a lost photograph given so much attention on the blog, whereas forum threads about a lost and or stolen cat get constantly censored and removed because one poster supposedly asked from them removed? And now it is against the rules to talk about the cat and those threads are closed?

Many of have pets and care about the pet and shelter issue more than a lost photograph.

Doesn’t seem fair. This blog is quite biased and seemingly unfair as of late.
