Crown Hill ‘skatedot’ design meeting on Monday

One of the features of the new Crown Hill Park at Holman Road NW and 13th Avenue NW will be a “skatedot,” a 1,500 square foot area with “skatable” terrain. Seattle Parks and Recreation is asking for public input for the design.

This coming Monday, Aug. 2nd from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Crown Hill Center (9250 14th Ave. NW), share ideas with designers on what you’d like to see in the skatepark. Pillar Design Studios, a firm who specializes in skateparks, will be gathering all the input to create the space.
