The performance by the Blue Angels was absolutely spectacular . Oh by the way my little dog watched with me on my lap and was very content the whole time. Love those Angels!

The Blue Angels are funded by the Navy's recruiting budget – which is pretty much a requirement if you're going to have an all volunteer military. Conscription would inevitably lead to fewer air shows.
