It’s La Carta de Oaxaca’s (5431 Ballard Ave NW) seventh anniversary and they’re celebrating with cake. Folks eating dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. will each get a slice of free cake, while supplies last. Why? “Every celebration deserves a cake.”
