Earlier this month we reported that the Carnegie Library building is up for sale, now another old building in Ballard has been listed.
This 1908 at 5410 Ballard Ave NW that sits on a 4,900 square-foot lot is listed at $3.3 million. The restaurant tenant in the building is the popular Thai restaurant, Thaiku.

Does this mean that the new owners might displace Thaiku or are they secured with a lease?

I have not eaten the Thai food …is it really that good ? I liked it when it was Valdi’s. They had an awesome brunch and hosted an open mike night.

I LOVE Thaiku. They better not take it away. The bar in the back is really good too.
