Whitman students perform for last time this school year

It’s the end of the school year and the music students at Whitman Middle School (9201 15th Ave. NW) are putting on their final performances this week.

The orchestra performance is tonight at 7 p.m. at the Whitman Auditorium. Thursday evening at 7 p.m. is the band and choir concert, also in the auditorium. “Their music selection is eclectic and fun; and the students have worked hard this year to hone their skills,” Laura Knapp emailed us. “And of course, there will be a fabulous bake sale!” (Photo courtesy Laura Knapp.)
