Volunteers needed for Yulefest

Get in the holiday spirit at the Nordic Heritage Museum’s annual Yulefest.

Hundreds of hand-crafted Nordic-inspired gifts will be for sale, there will be Scandinavian musical performances and traditional Nordic cuisine at he Nordic Christmas celebration. In order to make Yulefest a success, volunteers are needed to sell raffle tickets, help with parking and help provide general event support. “Yulefest is a museum program that has become an important tradition within the Scandinavian community here in the Pacific Northwest,” said CEO Eric Nelson. “It’s a great way to re-connect to the warmth and spirit of the season.”

Yulefest is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 19 and Sunday, November 20 at the Nordic Heritage Museum (3014 NW 67th St). The suggested donation is $3 for adults, $1 for children under 12. Kids under 5 are admitted free. Limited parking is available for a suggested donation of $2.
