Ballard High School senior Alex Bowns came in 19th out of 80 in the Border Clash this weekend at Nike’s campus in Beaverton, OR. The top 40 runners from Oregon and the top 40 runners from Washington are invited to participate in the cross country meet. Bowns finished 15th at the state championship earlier this month.
