“Missing Dog” signs are plastered around Whittier Heights for Arlee, a miniature Pomeranian who went missing on Friday near NW 73rd Street and 13th Ave NW.
Harvey, the owner, found Arlee by the side of the highway near Arlington years ago. “She is shy and skittish and may be hard to catch as she only trusts Harvey,” Mary writes.
