As we’ve written about before, Ballard teen Dominick Cura has authored his own gluten-free cookbook. Previously only available online, Cura now tells us that his book, “Eternally Gluten-Free,” is now available at Ballard’s Secret Garden Books.
Cura was diagnosed with Celiac disease at a young age, and his book is a combination of desserts, breakfast foods and drinks. He has also been giving presentations about Celiac to kids at Whittier Elementary.
