The FOBL is a group who volunteers with the The Seattle District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to preserve historical materials related to the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks and Carl S. English, Jr. Botanical Garden, according to their website. They meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Locks, and all are welcome.
