Halloween is quickly approaching, and this year, it falls on a Wednesday. The Ballard Chamber tells us that businesses will be handing out treats on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 4 to 6 p.m.If you plan to hand out goodies on Halloween, add your house to the interactive map below.
