Tonight in the Ballard High School library at 6:30 p.m. is the Design Review Board meeting for a large new development on Holman Rd. Developers want to create a four-story building with 3,800 sq. ft. of retail and nine live-work units at ground level and 105 residential units above.
The meeting will allow the developer to present information about the proposed design, and the public will have the opportunity to offer comments on the design. To learn more about the project or meeting, click here.
