Update: Jonathan tells us that Martin has been reunited with his family.
Original post: One of our readers, Jonathan, sent us this photo of a dog found near Whittier Heights. He says the dog has Seattle license tags, but no name or contact info. The dog is a Rhodesian Ridgeback Mastiff mix, and is named Martin, according to Jonathan.
