The northbound, right line on the Ballard Bridge will be closed today through Friday, Nov. 9, while crews install fiber optic cable. The lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, but the walkways will remain open. The closure will resume on Nov. 13-14. The Seattle Department of Transportation tells us drivers should expect congestion, especially following bridge openings for marine traffic.
