There will be an informational meeting about rain gardens tonight at the Ballard Library from 6 to 8 p.m. The meeting is sponsored by Sustainable Ballard, and will highlight the city’s Rainwise program, the city’s rebate program for Ballard residents who want to build a rain garden on their properties.
