Learn more about the proposed development where the Viking stands on Wednesday

On Wednesday, Dec. 19, there will be a design meeting with developers to review the revised plans for the six-story building proposed for the land on which the longstanding Viking pub stands. Developer Bill Parks says the meeting is open to the public, and will be at the Sunset Hill Community Center (3003 NW 66th St) from 7 to 8:30 p.m. They’ll be presenting the project updates and will be fielding questions about the design.

There’s no news yet regarding the future of the Viking, but Parks tells us he’s scheduled a private meeting with the owners and employees of the tavern to discuss plans.
