Center for Pediatric Dentistry offers free dental screenings for kids

The Center for Pediatric Dentistry (6222 NE 74th St) is offering free dental screening for children birth through 18 this Saturday, February 23, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. The center is a partnership between the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The center is a non-profit facility that cares for children with special needs, accepts Washington State Medicaid and offers onsite social work and interpretive services.

Each screening will involve a short visual exam, take-home dental goodies and a question and answer session with a dentist. The tooth fairy is also set to make an appearance.

No reservations are necessary.
