A local group is asking community feedback on the heron viewing stations in the area. Heron Habitat Helpers are conducting a survey for people who live in Ballard, Magnolia and Queen Anne to find out what visitors think of the heron viewing stations set up at Discovery Park and the Ballard Locks. The viewing stations are placed in areas where people can view nesting and chick-raising, and the Heron Helpers want to know how the stations should be developed to be interesting and inviting to visitors of all ages.
