2013August_St Alphonsus_112St. Alphonsus Parish School is getting the new school year started with a new principal, Matt Eisenhauer. He comes to St. Al’s from his former position as vice principal of Eastlake Catholic High School, and has worked in the education field as an administrator and teacher for over 25 years.

“This is an exhilarating time for the St. Alphonsus Parish School Community,” says Father Shane McKee, pastor of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. “The addition of Mr. Eisenhauer fills me with hope and pride in our bright future together.”

Eisenhauer says he’s excited to be part of the school in a role that he describes as his dream job. “I am looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and working closely with this faculty, this community of parents, and this parish to make St. Alphonsus the premier Catholic school in Seattle,” he says in a statement.
