The team at Ballard favorite Bella Nails and Spa (2019 NW Market St) are offering a Living Social deal to celebrate the opening of their hair salon this summer. The deal offers locals $17 ($35 value) for a women’s shampoo, haircut, and blow dry or $27 ($55 value) for a men’s shampoo, haircut, and spa pedicure.
Bella’s owners Tuan Vo and Amy Tuan (pictured) have become familiar faces in the Ballard neighborhood and they are excited to celebrate the third anniversary of their salon next January. The couple, originally from Vietnam, moved to Seattle 14 years ago and owned a nail salon in Burien before relocating to Ballard. The Ballard nail salon quickly became a success and when the space came up next door to expand Tuan Vo was quick to jump at the opportunity.
“We wanted to expand to add a hair salon to our services. I love working in Ballard, people are so friendly,” says Tuan Vo.
