This Saturday Ballard Art Walk will be in full swing at venues all over the neighborhood from 6-9 p.m. The monthly event will showcase local painting, glass art, sculpture, performance and more.
This month BalMar (5408 22nd Ave NW) will feature works by painter Paul Knutzen accompanied by DJ GYP CHI. Knutzen has a background in video game design, specifically in designing 3D environments. According to his bio, Knutzen’s work “reflects his strong affection for architecture and the organic elements found in man-made structures.” Check out his painting (pictured above) entitled Concrete Jungle.
