Development Update December 30: 5-story addition on NW 64th St

The final applications of 2013 for developments in Ballard have been received Department of Planning and Development (DPD).

Decision:

2248 NW 64th St

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow a 5-story addition (to an already approved building) consisting of three live-work units (2,377 sq. ft.) and 21 residential units.  Parking for 38 vehicles will be located below grade.  The addition is to a 5-story residential and retail building (75 unit dwelling, 6,780 sq. ft. retail, 79 parking spaces); is approved under Project #3013516 and post permit MUP revision #3016105.

Appeals of the decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than January 13.
