Ballard Development Update October 23: Subdivisions all over

Three subdivision applications and two subdivision approvals make up this week’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin. No other applications, appeals, decisions, or notifications in Ballard were made this week

Applications:

1762 NW 61st St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units are under #6417759. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

1611 NW 65th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6382977. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6400296. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6393636. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Comments about the application may be submitted until November 6.

6709 Mary Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6393636. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Comments about the application may be submitted until November 3.
