Development Update June 4: A subdivision and a 53-unit building

One subdivision application and an application for a 53 unit building make up the entirety of today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.


1751 NW 61st St


A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 2164.5 sq. ft. and B) 2588 sq. ft. Existing structures to be removed.

7530 15th Ave NW


A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow 20 live-work units and 33 townhomes for a total of 53 units. Parking for 71 vehicles to be provided. Existing structures to be demolished. Environmental Review includes future full lot subdivision.
