Lennar Multifamily Communities will hold an informational community meeting about their new Valdok project coming to the neighborhood. The meeting will be at the Ballard Public Library (5614 22nd Ave NW) tonight from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
“We are eager to share specifics about the project and to hear your thoughts, questions, and concerns,” says Melissa Jones on Lennar’s behalf. The first of two apartment projects will be located at 1701 NW 56th St and the second project is set for 1718 NW 56th St.
Lennar says they are looking forward to establishing the Valdok project as a thoughtfully intentioned contribution to the Ballard experience with as little impact as possible for our neighbors throughout construction.
