AUGUST 3rd, 7 p.m.– Currently, about three hundred Ballardites are gathered in the parking lot of VFW– parallel to the proposed Market Street encampment site– to have their concerns and questions be brought to light and hopefully addressed by City Councilmember Mike O’Brien.
